About Your Therapist
Hi! My name is Kitty Menchavez Karbowski. I have been a LMT for 14 years now and so far it has been a rewarding and amazing journey! I am so glad you’re here! My background is in Physical Therapy. I graduated in 1994 from Southwestern University in Cebu, Philippines. Fate and circumstance pulled me in the direction of massage, however. Ever since I was a young girl, I have always been comforted and made better when sick, mostly by the gift of touch and sometimes herbs from my native Cebu. This is where my style of massage came from and of course I now mix it with styles learned from my wonderful school in Kirkland, the Northwest School of Massage where I took my Massage Course and graduated in 2008. Since then, I have been fortunate to work in a practice and craft that I love in the South King county area: Normandy Park, Federal Way and Auburn in the past. Presently, I am in Covington and Kent. I hope to meet you and see if we could be a good fit in your healing or wellness path!
